Introduction to Paper Mache
This is a fun, easy introduction into a multi-faceted paper mache process. Make your very own wild bird! A creative process that shows you how to design a three dimensional piece through new & simple paper mache techniques. On the second days meeting you will paint and decorate your own creation!
(All materials included) Just dress comfortably and bring a snack or sack lunch.
Design your fun bird on day one. Learn how to build with foil, newsprint, masking tape and lots of imagination. On day two have fun painting your sculpture.
This workshop is held at the Snow Goose Studio in Nevada City. Space is limited So sign up early!

About Susan Barry
A landscape watercolor artist and mache sculptor, Susan began sculpting when she was just ten years old. Over the years she has created all sizes of sculptures, costumes and whimsical mache signs. She enjoys using repurposed materials in her work and finds ways to incorporate education and creativity.
